These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Y2K Cam” (the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Y2K Cam is a retro camera app that allows users to take photos and videos with nostalgic camera-style presets, date stamps, OSD details, film rolls, daily movies, and related editing features.
Some features may be available for free, while additional features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
You may use the App only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms under the laws of your country or region.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you create, import, edit, or export using the App (“User Content”).
The App does not claim ownership of your User Content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use, edit, save, or share it.
You agree not to use the App to create, edit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
